Founder and Executive Vice President - Ross Battaglia

Ross Battaglia is the founder of Tivoli Associates. He is an IBM Subject Matter Expert on IBM Storage, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager, and Disaster Recovery. He is also a Certified IBM Instructor and has an extensive background developing Storage and Performance software for such vendors as IBM, CA, Sterling Software, ETI, and Spectrum Concepts. He is experienced in Disaster recovery, Business Continuity Recovery, Project management and contingency planning. Ross was one of the original developers for storage and backup software for IBM including DSM the original TSM software, and is under an open contract to IBM to provide development, support and Tivoli Services.

He has written 8 IBM Redbooks on Tivoli Storage Manager including every version of the Concepts Guide SG24-4877 and the Implementation Guide SG24-5416. He creates the IBM Certification exams for IBM Storage, Tivoli Storage Manager, IBM Tivoli Storage Resource Manager, IBM TotalStorage Software and IBM Storage hardware. He is a member of the IBM Rapid Response team and he has written extensively on Storage and Disaster recovery. His experience includes design and development of storage management software TSMManager, Bare-Metal Recovery software, on-site development and implementation, customer service, technical support, and project management.

Ross has received 3 of the 4 Top IBM International Awards for Best Mastery of Tivoli Software, Most Versatile Instructor and Certified Instructor of the Year 2005, 2006 and 2007. Ross is also IBM’s Subject Matter Expert of the Year for 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. Ross personally holds 28 certifications.

Vice President - Jackie Branch

Jackie is an industry veteran since 1998. She has experience working with many Businesses, Government and Education clients as well as virtually every vendor in the industry. Her intricate knowledge of IBM programs offered will be utilized to save our customers time and money. Her knowledge of how the Channel works assures the smoothest, fastest and most cost effective transactions for our customers.
