Tivoli Associates was founded by Ross Battaglia and Andrew Hall in 1999 to continue development, support and services of TSM after IBM purchased Tivoli Systems. In 2003 due to growth and extended business requirements with IBM and the IBM Customers, Tivoli Associates began development of their own Proprietary Software and moved from IBM-only software and began working with independent software corporations. Our main purpose is to continue development and enhance the Storage and backup/recovery products.
